"A close look at Sustainability of Sales Force's Effectiveness - case presentation of how a large organization does it in Asia Pacific"

Enterprises, large or small, in China and across Asia Pacific, are increasingly facing the challenge of managing their sales organizations to meet ever higher standards, while still delivering against increasing sales targets. The concern and subsequent pursue of sales activity sustainability supported by the development of sales personnel has emerged from obscurity over the years, and is now an essential element for a company's long-term success.

Sales Institute will present on how the firm has helped a Multi-National Corporation to effect sustainability for its sales force's effectiveness, in China as well as in Japan, Australia and globally. This was/is not a quick process. It begins with an active and detailed steps of engagement with senior level corporate and sales management personnel. What follows include understanding the baseline expectations, instilling long-term oriented training and sales personnel development, and effecting a more structured and uniformed way of handling selling.
